Who we are
Designz Lab is a web and app development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients in the United States and other countries. You can reach us at info@designzlab.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Call scheduling form. Your name, email address, phone number, time zone, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and anything you tell us about your project.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp. The contents of messages you send us and the contact details you send them from.
- Client project pages. If you are a client, your order status page holds project details such as scope, milestones and invoice information. These pages are protected by a password we give you.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and troubleshooting.
- Fonts. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To prepare a scope and quote, and to deliver projects for clients.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the business, such as our hosting provider, our email provider and Google Analytics. They process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
